Thank you for shopping with Sweet Emporium. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Candy Passport boxes and one-time orders are delivered.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you’d like us to reach your country, email us at hello@mysweetemporium.com — we’re expanding.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every Sweet Emporium order. The cost is already included in the price of your box, so there are no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing & ship dates
One-time orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Subscription (Candy Passport) boxes ship on a set date each month; your first box ships within a few business days of signing up, and each renewal box ships shortly after your monthly billing date.
Transit time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your box is on its way.
Keeping your candy fresh
We take care with temperature-sensitive treats like chocolate, cushioning and cooling them during warmer months so they arrive in great shape. In extreme heat, minor softening can occur — if anything arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Address accuracy & lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help track it down.
