Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update prices, products, and availability at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Subscriptions & recurring billing
When you subscribe to the Candy Passport, you authorize Sweet Emporium to automatically charge your payment method the recurring subscription price (currently $34.99 per month) on each renewal date until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account before the next renewal; cancellation stops all future charges and boxes. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Allergens & international products
Our boxes contain candy and food products sourced from around the world. These items may contain or have been processed alongside common allergens, including milk, soy, nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, and eggs. Some products may have labels in languages other than English. Please consume at your own discretion, and do not order if you have a relevant allergy. Sweet Emporium is not liable for allergic reactions.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Sweet Emporium name, logo, text, and images — is owned by Sweet Emporium and may not be used without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Emporium is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
